This website explains the Occudial Dealer Audience Recovery program and invites business inquiries. It does not itself create a service agreement, authorize a campaign, or establish data-processing instructions.

Program scope and quotes

Website descriptions outline a typical program but do not constitute a quote. Final eligibility, database size, campaign requirements, timing, deliverables, responsibilities, data terms, and fees are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Larger or unusually complex databases may require a different scope.

No guaranteed outcomes

Occudial does not guarantee sales, appointments, revenue, inbox placement, campaign engagement, a particular reduction in dead or undeliverable records, or any other business result. Anonymized examples show observed historical evidence and do not predict another dealership's outcome.

Measurement limitations

Estimated delivery, opens, clicks, and matchback results depend on available platform records and supplied data. Open tracking can be affected by mailbox privacy technology, image-loading behavior, security scanners, and other technical factors. A match between a purchaser and a recorded opener demonstrates exposure and recorded engagement; it does not establish that an email caused the sale.

Dealership responsibilities

A dealership engaging Occudial is responsible for confirming its authority to provide data, approve creative and offers, authorize campaign deployment, and comply with applicable contractual and legal requirements. Detailed responsibilities belong in the final agreement.

Intellectual property and supplied materials

Website content and original presentation are owned by Occudial unless otherwise stated. Dealership artwork and other supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and must be authorized for the requested use.

Third-party services

The program and website may depend on third-party email, DNS, hosting, security, and measurement services. Their availability and behavior are outside Occudial's complete control.
