What remains private
Dealership customer lists, customer identities, campaign audiences, creative, engagement history, and business records are not sold, shared with, or exposed to another dealership.
A head start on cleanup
Before the first promotion, we check for email addresses that have already failed permanently. Those addresses can be skipped, while every dealership's customer list remains private.
The accumulated advantage
A hard bounce tells us the mailbox does not exist, has been shut down, or otherwise cannot accept mail. Once that address is confirmed dead, future attempts should stop.
The privacy boundary
The platform distinguishes limited deliverability protection from the dealership's confidential customer information and brand-specific marketing preferences.
Dealership customer lists, customer identities, campaign audiences, creative, engagement history, and business records are not sold, shared with, or exposed to another dealership.
Limited dead-address suppression data may be retained so a mailbox already confirmed through a hard bounce is not attempted again.
Unsubscribe preferences are handled for the applicable dealership or campaign context. They are not indiscriminately shared between unrelated dealership brands.
No customer list should be sent through the public website or ordinary inquiry form. Transfer requirements are established under a formal agreement.
Clear limits on the data
Records are used to run the agreed campaigns, remove failed addresses, report the results, and perform an approved sold-record comparison.
Just because an email can receive mail does not mean anyone can use it for any purpose. The dealership's authorization and the customer's preferences still apply.
How the list is transferred, used, retained, and deleted is confirmed before customer data is accepted.
Discuss the boundary first
The public inquiry asks only for business contact information and an approximate CRM record count.
