Website privacy and data-handling notice.
This notice describes the public Occudial website as currently configured. Contract-specific dealership data terms are established separately before customer information is accepted.

Public website inquiries
The database-review form sends the information entered to a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for automated abuse, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers the inquiry to hello@occudial.com. The website does not save submissions in a website database. The resulting email is retained and processed by the applicable email providers and mailbox under their normal operations.
An inquiry may include a name, dealership, job title, business email, phone number, approximate CRM record count, and optional message. That information may be used to respond, assess program fit, and continue the requested business conversation.
Hosting and technical records
The website, inquiry function, security check, and form-email delivery use Cloudflare services. Cloudflare may process routine technical information such as IP address, request details, device and browser characteristics, security events, Turnstile signals, and logs needed to provide, protect, and operate those services.
Cookies and analytics
The current repository does not intentionally include advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or a third-party analytics script. Cloudflare may use essential technologies as part of its delivery, Turnstile, email, and security services. This notice should be updated before adding new analytics or advertising tools.
Dealership customer data
Customer lists remain private. They are not sold, shared with, or exposed to another dealership. Occudial does not request customer lists through the public website.
When a formal Dealer Audience Recovery engagement is established, the agreement and operating process should define the authorized purpose, secure transfer method, access, retention, deletion, campaign responsibilities, and other applicable data-handling requirements.
Suppression intelligence
Limited dead-address suppression data may be retained to prevent another delivery attempt to a mailbox already confirmed through a hard bounce as unable to accept mail. This is not a shared dealership customer database. Dealership lists, customer identities, engagement history, and campaign information are not exposed to unrelated dealerships.
Unsubscribe and complaint suppressions are handled in the applicable dealership and campaign context. This website does not claim that brand-level marketing preferences can be indiscriminately transferred between unrelated dealership brands.
Security
Occudial uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Security concerns about the public website may be sent to hello@occudial.com.
Your choices
You may choose not to send an inquiry. You may also contact Occudial to ask about information supplied through a website inquiry, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
